usedocs proposes an edit when something an article describes changed: a merged pull request or a published release touched a setting, a limit, or a flow, or a scheduled check found that the article no longer matches your code or website.

The proposal shows where it came from (the pull request and files, or the check), why the article needs to change, and the new text. Accept, edit, or dismiss it; nothing changes on its own. Accepting keeps the previous text in version history, and if someone changed the article after the edit was proposed, usedocs warns you before overwriting.
