We’ve added a few tools to make it easier for you to get help, keep your workspace readable, and connect the AI assistants you love. You’ll also see clearer information about code‑related documentation tasks. Here’s what’s new.

  • Contact support from unanswered questions: Open a pre‑filled contact form right from the widget when a question goes unanswered, so you can get help faster.
  • Improved accent‑color readability: Accent‑colored text in the Help Center now stays clear and easy to read in both dark and light themes.
  • Connect AI tools via OAuth: Link Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or any other AI client to your workspace without managing API keys.
  • Unified Docs API v1: The Docs API now runs on the same core as your workspace MCP, providing a more consistent and reliable experience.
  • Clearer code‑change task outcomes: When documentation updates come from code changes, you’ll see a concise summary of edits proposed, new drafts, and any changelog drafts.

Contact support from unanswered questions

If a question in the widget doesn’t receive an answer, a “Contact Support” button appears. Clicking it opens a draft contact form that’s already populated with the relevant details, letting you reach out to the support team with just a few taps. This speeds up the resolution process and reduces the back‑and‑forth.

Better readability in the Help Center

We’ve tweaked the styling of accent‑colored text so it remains legible whether you’re using dark mode or light mode. The change ensures that important highlights and calls to action are always easy to spot, no matter your preferred theme.

Connect AI tools via OAuth

You can now add AI assistants such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or any custom client directly from the Integrations page. Each teammate signs in with OAuth, and the connection works under their own identity—no need to share or store API keys. Once linked, the AI client can interact with the Docs platform just like a regular user.

Unified Docs API v1

The Docs API (v1) and the workspace MCP now share the same underlying core. This alignment brings more consistent performance and simplifies how you interact with the API, making it easier to integrate documentation workflows into your existing tools.

Clearer code‑change task outcomes

When documentation updates are triggered by code changes, the task list now shows a concise summary: the number of edits proposed, how many new drafts were created, and whether a changelog draft was generated. This gives you a quick snapshot of what the code change contributed to your docs.

Other improvements

  • Added a new panel for managing AI client connections in the Integrations view.
  • Updated task outcome messages to include detailed information for code‑change jobs.
  • Minor UI tweaks to the widget launcher and integration sections for a smoother experience.
