Getting started

1. Sign in and open your dashboard.

2. Add a knowledge source (docs URL, sitemap, or file upload).

3. Wait for sync to finish, then test answers in Bot settings.

4. Embed the widget on your site with the snippet from Bot settings → Embed.

5. Publish help articles here so visitors can browse and search docs.
