Connect Notion with Notion sign-in or an integration token, choose the parent page to import from, and usedocs brings its child pages in as drafts. Review them, organize them into collections, and publish. From there the two loops keep the help center accurate: merged pull requests propose edits, and questions customers ask that the docs could not answer become drafted articles. If your team prefers to keep writing in Notion, drafted articles can be published to a Notion parent page instead.
Set it up
- Open Integrations. In the dashboard, open Integrations and choose Notion under Docs and code.
- Connect Notion. Sign in with Notion, or paste an integration token and share the pages with it.
- Choose the page. Pick the parent page to import from, from the list or by pasting a link.
- Import and review. Import pages as drafts, review them, and publish.
What it does
- Import as drafts. Child pages of the page you choose arrive as drafts to review before anything goes live.
- Publish back to Notion. Send drafted articles to a Notion parent page if your team writes there.
- Sign-in or token. Connect with Notion sign-in, or paste an integration token.
- Then keep it current. Edits from merged PRs and drafts from customer questions keep imported articles accurate.
Good to know
- Only pages shared with the integration are visible.
- Very large databases import slowly; page based docs work best.
- Imports are drafts; nothing goes live without approval.
- Do not import internal pages into a public help center.
